Include Me TOO began in 2002 when parents and carers and their disabled children and whole families and communities came together and decided in was TIME FOR REAL CHANGE.

We are sure some of the stories on Our Real Lives Page have been experienced by many of you.

As Parents and Carers we hope you can join us and get involved with supporting all our Disabled Children and Young People’s Rights.

In 2002 we said “The Journey has only begun and the gateways have now opened the opportunity for change” (Include Me TOO parents and Carers).

6 years on we quote “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has” (Margaret Mend).

We warmly welcome you as parents and carers ourselves to join us as we are integral to Championing our Disabled children’s (whatever age they may be) Rights, Inclusion and Respect in our Society.

Disabled children and young people and parents/carers are the experts on their own need and requirements. Their views and experiences need to be heard for services to be more effective in meeting disabled children’s impairment and cultural needs to enable all of our children to live ordinary lives.

Join Include Me TOO as we together continue to support disabled children and young people and their families from diverse communities to have individual and united voices which rightly should be heard directly and taken into account both locally and nationally.”
