NSPCC Seminar: Safeguarding Black & Other Minority Ethnic Communities Deaf & Disabled Children
This seminar took place on Thursday, 13 March 2008
Workshops were facilitated by NSPCC and Include Me TOO discussions focused on:
- Barriers in children’s services that impact on safeguarding identifying and overcoming these
- Faith, culture and spirituality in relation to Safeguarding and how these should be addressed
- Identification of key issues for safeguarding BME deaf and BME disabled children
