Include Me TOO Training Courses are designed and delivered to promote the Every Child Matters Framework and promote community cohesion, citizenship, increasing understanding and compliance with Britain’s framework of discrimination law and International Children’s and Human Rights obligations.
We aim to support practitioners, managers and policymakers to implement good practice and legislation and to develop and apply strategies and policies that combat all forms of discrimination and inequality..
Include Me TOO shares positive practice and case studies to promote inclusion and equality in early years, education, health, social care, housing, recreational and leisure services and other related services through its training.
Include Me TOO has experienced consultants and trainers working primarily in the fields of Equality, Inclusion, Disability, Children services, Children’s Rights, Human Rights, Community development, Community engagement and Active Citizenship.
Our trainers come from a diverse range of backgrounds, having many years of experience of working with children, families, communities and within the sector, sharing a range of skills, knowledge and subject expertise.
We can provide all of our course details along with customised training to support organisations and staff development needs.

Our approach
At Include Me TOO we have identified values and principles to inform our own practice:
- ensuring that all course participants have an opportunity to contribute during the training and using a variety of approaches to ensure this takes place
- recognising that participants have different experiences, cultures and requirements and being aware of and sensitive to these
- encouraging participants to recognise the commonality of their experience and practice so they can share these and support each other’s learning
- highlighting the individual’s role in implementation and putting their learning into practice
